The Company Act determine that companies’ annual financial statements must be compiled within 6 months after year-end and we make sure our clients are compliant. Although Annual Financial Statements are often viewed as after-the-fact and administrative compliance, it does not come as a surprise due to the frequent management reports.
Some clients prefer a stable monthly cost that covers all accounting and tax compliance obligations as well as management reports. Such monthly retainer cost is based on your tax obligations as well as data format availability. For ease of reference, a few examples are provided.
